Our Humble Beginnings

In 2018, our founder En. Ahmad—a construction engineer in Kuala Lumpur—faced a recurring problem: homeowners and workshops kept complaining about low-quality repair products that failed under Malaysia’s tropical storms and humidity.

After watching a single mother’s roof leak for the 3rd time in a month (despite using "premium" sealants), he turned his garage into a lab. For 6 months, he tested 47 formulations until landing on a 3-minute quick-dry cement that could withstand monsoon rains.
